Kevin, that is the fun part of the hobby. You can track these on your own and make up your own list. By listening to the calls on the radio you'll start to generate your own list. But - as I said above - the Radio IDs can change if repair takes a radio out of a vehicle and replaces it. |

When you asked about 110, you got lucky as when I went to see what I had logged in unitrunker, there was a call to unit 110. Like Phil says, radio id's change pretty fast and it could take hours to log what you are looking for. Unless there is a specific need for the radio id, just enjoy the listening aspect of the hobby. |

The best way to capture IDs with a regular scanner (i.e., NOT software) is to just keep it near you and quickly take a snapshot of the RID as soon as you hear a transmission. I do this with my Uniden scanner. With the Radio Shack it's easier, I can just record overnight and then listen to each Rx and jot down the RID. It's part of the game - hunting down the RIDs is kinda interesting. FWIW, I have thousands of RIDs from numerous agencies, all over the country (I travel on business occasionally). |
