Was getting activity on 770.26875 today Decent signal around Bethpage/Grumman This is indeed one of the Nassau 700mhz freqs
Being that i have it in as conventional i did not get a NAC or anything - picked up only that it was P25 DAT But it did seem to be a control channel of sorts

Were you looking at 770.26875 with a Uniden scanner? You mentioned seeing DAT which leads me to make that assumption. You should be able to see the SysID if so and if it's indeed a control channel. |

Yes it was with the 996xt But i think in order to see the Sysid i would need to program it as a P25 trunk system - even if its with only the 1 freq In any case i will try to see if i can get a Sysid or anything else

Nice, I've added it to the RRDB. I'm sure someone will get a lock on it with Unitrunker or DSD+ to gather the rest of the pertinent info. |

Seems that the Bethpage site is the location that is on the air which is where i had originally received it and got the strongest signal [link]
