I believe they've been renamed the NYS Dept. of Homeland Security. They also have two other statewide low band frequencies for fire OEM under the callsign of KYQ352 among others. 45.64 MHz 45.28 MHz And one for statewide law enforcement OEM frequency probably along abandoned ancient NYSP frequency according to the FCC public safety allocation chart 42.14 MHz
I seriously doubt these frequencies would be their primary communications platform but get with Dave Stark/NF2G on the New York Forum on RR as he's the NYS frequency guru & if anybody would know it would be him.
BTW: Since Pilgrim has been severely downsized but not entirely closed down like CI do they still have their fire department like CI did?
