For the last 10 years, we have brought you the action from the Jones Beach Air Show via our live streams and have posted frequency lists for you to take with you to the beach. I am please to announce that we are not breaking our long standing tradition!
You will be able to listen to our live feed as in previous years
- you can go to our Live Feed Page and look for the special feed
- if you are mobile, download Scanner Radio (For Android), or Scanner Radio Deluxe (For iOS) and listen on the go!
- And you will be able to follow the action using ProScan!
- Download the free client at [link] and look for the Jones Beach Air Show.
For the frequency list for 2015 Jones Beach Air Show, please visit this link for the full list. If you see a frequency or performer who isn't listed, please forward me the info.
The live feed is will be launched on May 20th - so that you may hear some of the performers come into Republic Airport (Farmingdale, NY). *Note, the Thunderbirds are based out of ISP this year.
I will also be archiving the audio from the air show and they will be available for download here [link]
73 - and Happy Listening! Phil / w2lie [/html]

Nassau County CERT will be at the Air Show, and expect to hear some FD Standby crews at the beach as well. |

I haven't seen a schedule posted. By the way, you may want to keep an ear on ISP's tower frequency since the Thunderbirds are out of there this year.

I'm hearing NY State Police this morning on 173.1875 & 167.7875. They are being used as Command Post freqs for the show. These are P25 Federal Interop repeaters & can easily be heard in Western Suffolk Co. They used the Nassau EDACS talkgroups in the past. Is anyone hearing them on Nassau's system today? Or have they now switched entirely to these new freqs?
