There is a problem somewhere, I have lost the FRES ops as well. The other TGIDs for FRES are working. Both Motorola and P25 Systems. |

I've never had much luck using my 996p2 scanners to receive site 4 of the p25 system. I ended up getting and g5 and an sds 200 to monitor the digital system. |

To my knowledge Fres Ops 3 is no longer on smartzone. There are not many tg's being used other than pd, sccc, nys dec and a few other villages. To the op with site 4 issues, if its simulcast, and your using an omni x with an LNA, try without LNA, and or try Port Jeff Site with and without. Since its smaller in area, it may help. Also try the telescoping antenna or an 800mhz antenna. |

Thanks for clearing that up Dave. What caused the confusion was they are still using the Motorola system for some of the traffic. |

Is this permanent or testing phase?

5 33 x, Port Jeff Ambulance has been using tg 131 (ALS ALL Call) pretty much daily between buses and their dispatch.
These guys still using ALS tg. Not sure why they are not using any of the 10XXX tg's designated for their area.
