There are 11000 members here and as I do understand many might not be active anymore, there has to be a good amount that are coming here daily. Right now, there are currently online (17) and 12 are not members. Please join and share...

People have to be hearing things or discovering things. I'm sure there is a ton of info that people could be posting....

Our hobby survives on user information... Please share the following,

rumors, found freqs, sdr findings, and anything else of interest to the scanning community..

Wondering if any one can add to these threads,

Stony Brook University [link]

Town of Babylon seeking UHF dmr equiptment & system [link]

Fed court Islip [link]

And of course, the new 700 Mhz system.. [link]

I myself have been busy tracking some other trunk systems among other things...

It just so happens i was also really getting into SDR just before the manufacturers dropped the bombshell of the DMR upgrades - so i would guess that a lot of people are somewhat "digesting" that as well

With that in mind the database is being updated requiring more info for DMR entries...

Speaking of Onevoice i actually had a thread about that on here at some point

If anyone with one of the new DMR scanners on the island is interested - look for some FCC licenses that come back to "Robert Bambino" or "RF Design Consultants"
One of the sites is atop the Nassau medical center
Its apparently a Mototrbo system but i am not quite sure if its part of Onevoice or not

451.5000 is one of the channels
I got some activity on there but i think it was either encrypted or just some decode errors...

I am not a ham but do listen and for what ever reason, do have interests in where repaters are located.

Thanks for the link. Also a good way to try out different antennas with sdr to see how far I can receive from..

Thanks again..

Robert Bambino" or "RF Design Consultants are not affiliated with Onevoice at all...
