I traverse I-95 quite a bit from Broward to Duval Counties & not one peep from GMRS, bunch of repeaters in the directory but nobody's talking, FRS is dead too, no more kids, no more teens, no more families, nobody, they're way beyond even regular cellphones down here, texting & e-mailing is all they do. I still do CB since they don't make SDR CB radios but even 19 is slim pickings since just about every trucker uses cellphones & since Elog & PrePass came to be they don't even give smoky reports.
