Intresting - thank you
So the P25 151.520 NAC 271 is apparently some type of public works/snow plow operations It was active during the storm - exactly where its coming from i cant say for sure...
Heres some more finds -
153.510/5125 DMR CC 7 Unknown - This will pick up on a scanner anywhere from 153.500 - 153.5125 but the actual frequency is closer to 153.510
451.7125 DMR CC 5 unknown low power or distant
452.8625 DMR CC 7 TG 1681001 Building maintenance or possible LIRR maintenance [link]
452.8875 DMR CC3 unknown low powered/distant
461.025 DMR CC 7 TG 1000 SL 1 Unknown
461.400 462.100 DMR CC 14 TG 200 Most likely the Village of Farmingdale [link] (im just not sure if this is actually a Cap+ system or just some type of simulcast...)
463.500 NXDN RAN 5 TG 1 Possible Bethpage Schools [link] "boiler rooms/ parking lots" ,etc...
463.600 DMR CC 10 unknown
If anyone is wondering i pick most of this stuff up with either a discone or ST2 antenna outside about 20 or 25 feet in the air or a indoor telescoping antenna in Nassau south shore...

Meaning you can join their repeater, no license required you operate under theirs. I know they have a license.

Took the scanner to NYC today.
452.8625 DMR CC 7 TG 1681001 Building maintenance or possible LIRR maintenance
I got dmr on this freq. The license for lirr you referenced references NXDN as the emission designator so I do not believe its lirr. If there can be more than one color code for a freq I would bet its St. John's University NYC CC 12 TG 1 SL * WQJC219 [link]
On either 452.9125 or 452.8625, I heard USCG announce to all mariners there was a possible jumper on the Brooklyn Bridge. Both freqs come back to Lirr . One of them is listed as Mta Pd
461.400 462.100 DMR CC 14 TG 200 Most likely the Village of Farmingdale [link] (im just not sure if this is actually a Cap+ system or just some type of simulcast...)
The link you posted is South Farmingdale water district. Not Farmingdale village. It was announced here as dmr but may be a system. I will check next time I am in East Farmingdale.

The P25 151.520 NAC 271 has been confirmed Its a public works dept. somewhere in CT [link]
As far as the Farmingdale thing - im pretty sure its a Cap+ system just those 2 freqs being used so far...

451.040/451.050 NXDN NID 50 RAN 19 unknown (nexedge narrow freq- receives on scanner closer to 451.05 receives on SDR closer to 451.04)
451.325 NXDN RAN 10 Unknown possible Merrick schools [link]
453.0125 P25 NAC 293 Unknown
462.050 (NXDN narrow freq receives on scanner as 462.05 SDR closer to 462.057) NID 50 RAN 1
462.1125 DMR CC 7 CC 11 unknown possible Cablevision [link]
464.475 DMR CC 11 TG 9920 SL 1 unknown
464.575 DMR CC 10 unknown
477.9875 DMR CC 1 478.1375 CC 1 478.6375 CC 1 (These seem to be part of the same Cap+ system but the only licenses for these freqs in New york expired or otherwise come back to "Lans Service" but the licenses do not reflect digital [link] [link] )...

So the Nexedge NID 50 is a system known as "Fleetcall"(somewhat a Nexedge answer to Onevoice) on the air in areas like New Jersey and Pennsylvania [link]
Its been a little while but digital is still on the increase in the area I dont yet have a DMR or Nexedge capable scanner so i still use SDR/DSD If i only put down a CC and no talkgroup that means i either got a distant or no decode on the voice and or it may be just a CC data burst or control channel -
451.8125 CC 5
451.9625 CC 12 463.5375 CC 13 TG 500 - Recently ive noticed that Long Beach public works has gone silent on their 155mhz frequency I just happend to be scanning around and noticed that these 2 freqs seem to be part of a 2 site DMR system in Long Beach WPMN366 [link] Its licensed to the school district but im not sure if this system is being used by the schools, public works or both so i just submitted it to the RRDB as "Long beach city services" Im pretty sure one of the other freqs from that license is still being used by the schools on analog
452.0625 CC 9
452.1875 CC 14
453.850 CC 6 460.300 CC 3 TG 7200 - Not sure what this is but it seems to be part of the same system It may be encrypted also or i could just be getting a bad decode possibly the Town of Smithtown? WQSE878 [link]
462.225 CC 13
462.300 CC 1
463.650 RAN 10 - This seems to be a bus or ambulette company and it is licensed to We Transport [link] but im not sure if its part of that Nexedge system and it is also licensed to some private radio company out of Brooklyn "Pocket Voice Communications" WPEI223 [link] which im thinking that may be it because some of the radio ID's have the alias "Bronx Base" and i dont think We Transport has a base in the bronx...

Couple thing I noticed,,,
WPMN366 license does not reflect trunking or digital. I also don't think lifeguards would share school freqs. Smithtown does have a trunked license here [link]
453.850 is 1 watt and If you're picking that up out in Nassau, then you have a better set up than me, a lot closer to Smithtown. Lol
Last thought,
The bands have been wide open and I have logged conventional stuff as far as Maryland, New Jersey, Rhode Island and of course, Connecticut . I am running an amp with nmo mounted antennas inside an East facing apartment. As of right now, I do not have a variable output power supply to lower the gain on that thing. I do have this, [link] and dont want to commit it to the amp so I need a mating connector, like whats on the side of a 396 / 33t uniden scanner..
Point is it is very easy to pick up stuff from far away the last week .
Trunked systems that I was getting in unitrunker were,
Motorola 2E16 MTA Regional Bus Motorola C820 DoITT (UHF) APCOP25 580A0-00B Joint National Capital Region APCOP25 BEE00-56F Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst APCOP25 BEE00-14C United States Department of Defense (14C) APCOP25 BEE00-39A New Jersey (NJICS)
All from an amped up indoor antenna, and wide open bands.
