Picked up what is apparently a Con+ control channel on 151.5275 coming up as Network ID 138 with a CC 0 However i thought that DMR control channels cannot have a 0 CC ? Also got what seems to be a rest channel on 151.9175 CC 3 Unsure if the 2 freqs are related

Color Code 0-15 is valid on any Con+ repeater, doesn't matter if it's control or traffic.
Con+ systems do not have rest channels. |

Oh ok - then in that case 151.9175 is most likely not related
Also does anyone know what DMR network L13 is? I got a control channel for that on 451.325

Lol, I was on 451.0875 which is Goosetown and it was displaying
2019/08/01 06:50:35 L13-1.3 neighbor: Site L13-2.5; CC=451.325
I sent my event log to GTR8000 and he said that 13 is default net id on many tiii systems. He said there seems to be 2 maybe 3 systems that have that id. Goosetown and Bear Mountain asre 2 of them. He is investigating.
Right now all I get is conventional spanish guys talking on 451.325 so the control channel is not out this way..

Yes, unfortunately L13 is the default NetID for many Tier 3 systems, and it never gets changed. There appear to be a few L13 Tier 3 systems in the tri-state area that are unrelated to each other.
I was able to confirm the other day that Goosetown only has a few sites up as a pilot program, with basically no one actually using the system yet, and none of the frequencies Dave3825us sent me are related to Goosetown. Goosetown's system so far uses frequencies that are either in the 454 MHz block, or are T-Band 472/477/478 blocks. |

I may have found 2 Connect plus systems
461.375 CC 2 Network 143 and 463.6625 CC 5 Network 267
Not sure if these are in the RRDB already or not but i did some searching around the tri state and whatnot but i did not see anything however the RR search does not work well for me...

451.5125 CC 3 TG 500 SL 1 is Saint Joseph University Security in Philly
463.6625 CC 5 Network 267 is a system down in MD: [link]
As for 461.375 CC 2 Network 143, are you sure it wasn't Network 141? There's a site in MD for that system that matches the frequency/CC: [link]
Probably getting some tropo ducting from down there.
