464.025 seems like a popular freq- but the only license i could find in the state licensed for nxdn is Smithtown schools [link]
Its licensed for 100 watts but you said it sounded distant so they could be using it on lower power or simplex - if it is indeed them
I will see if i catch anything...

Havent got anything on 464.025 yet

463.2875 RAN 10 sounded like school type chatter - most likely Jericho schools [link]

I also found that Lynbrook schools have recently got a Nexedge license [link]

472.9625 CC 5 TG 1000 SL 1 Encrypted - i would guess this has something to do with the Town of Babylon WQEL835 [link]
I heard a rumor they were abandoning their 800mhz system and switching to a DMR system
I will check if this is part of a trunk system with the other freqs

Still nothing on 464.025

452.0625 CC 9 TG 22511 TG 22512 TG 22513 SL 1 I get a somewhat weak signal on this so the decode is not the best but im thinking this may be part of a trunk system due to the multiple TGs coming up

452.8875 CC 3 TG 111 SL 1 Somewhat weak signal in Nassau - seems to be some type of building maintenance and or security

461.4625 CC 0 TG 2 SL 1 Not sure what this is possibly some type of delivery company? It stands out to me due to the 0 CC

461.275 CC 13 TG 200 SL 1 Seemed to be hospital type comms - perhaps Mount Sinai? [link]

464.75625 RAN 8 Most likely Lynbrook schools maintenance [link] sounded like work being done on bathrooms, etc

The following freqs i get a rather weak signal on so the only thing that will decode is the CC but perhaps someone in suffolk or other locations may want to try these
461.2875 CC 3
461.4375 CC 15
463.4875 CC 15
463.600 CC 10

The other day i got some activity on 464.025 - but it seemed to be distant/low power analog with DPL 074

Town of Babylon seem to be using a DMR system
453.950
460.200
472.9625
All with CC 5
So far any TG on there seem to be encrypted
471.800 is another freq part of their license - but does not seem to be DMR and is actually the only freq on the license with no DMR emission

I get NXDN activity on 463.350 but it seems to be distant/does not decode

463.9375 CC 1 TG 1022 SL 2 - this decodes but its a bit garbled/ low powered so i cant really tell what the activity is

464.875 CC 1 TG 2000 SL 1 This may be Levittown schools now using DMR

This should be Source Mall maintenance. (It's mostly in Spanish, so I can't say for sure.)

I have a moxon set facing to my west, towards nass and nyc. 464.1125 I am getting nxdn bursts displaying nexedge 48 CB. Did not see anything useful in the db. Anyone out there in Nassau able to get anything?

464.1125 seems to be mainly a wireless mic type freq licensed to fast food places [link] [link]

Aside from that the only thing i found licensed for NXDN is some type of community watch group out of Far Rockaway [link]

Lots, I mean Lots of McDonalds... The link you posted, they output 150 watts and list NXDN, and they also list MOTOTRBO. But I am hearing Nxdn bursts. It moslikly is them. I will see if I can increase my reach a tiny more...

I am working on setting up a remote sdr in East Farmingdale.

So i am definitely getting the periodic(about every 5 seconds or so) NXDN bursts on 464.1125 - decent power as well
However the bursts are so quick that it does not decode
This is unusual for a NXDN system - more of a characteristic of a DMR system
NXDN systems usually use either voice channels or control channels which may alternate from day to day as well

Other wise i have been getting DMR bursts on 464.750 CC 10 seemingly part of a Cap+ system(this freq is also part of the We Transport nexedge system)

152.960 CC 9 somewhat distant DMR

463.43125 RAN 4 "TECH-SUPP" aliases

I also have been getting very distant or low powered DMR on 478.2875
Its definitely DMR but the signal is so weak that even the CC does not decode
I have not found a license in the entire Tri-state with that freq licensed for DMR...

464.75000 CC 10 TG * SL * WQME843 Operations F2 (Alt Dispatch) Hatzolah EMS (Jersey Shore Chapter) Local Fire/EMS Monmouth NJ

Do you get any voice? Not sure if this could be it or not..
