Anyone know the year NYPD switched to the current blue letters on white cars paint setup?
In this video allegedly taken in 1998 a RMP with the white car/blue letters can be spotted at 10:13 [link] A few of the older white letters/white and blue cars can be seen as well in the video I thought they didnt switch over to the current layout until around the year 2000
Definitely by 9-11 the entire fleet had been repainted
