Huh? Isn't that freq/PL New Rochelle PD?

Locally, the only user of 155.13 that I knew of was Malverne PD (PL131.8). It's their old VHF frequency that they continued to simulcast on even after getting an encrypted talkgroup on the NCPD P25 system. I haven't heard them on it recently, so I'm guessing they dropped it.

While i do hear what seems to be police or security activity on 155.1300 PL 100.0 i dont know where its coming from
New Rochelle sounds like that could be it...
