Saw this in the FCC database for new/renewed licenses.
453.57500 and 458.57500
Its registered to North Bellmore (650) as the location but its for North Merrick FD...40 Watts....Old channel they used to use with 650 or something new?
Also looks like it was registered to Westbury FD before they changed over to 453.100...

And yes it was Westburys dispatch freq until recently
Intresting how the repeater is at 650 as they do not dispatch for North Merrick
This freq is also used by some type of bridge authority...

Westbury main freq is now 453.1000 - im not positive of a tone...

Guys,
Thanks for the Westbury info, I did already have that frequency & PL. but what I’m confused about was the comment that “it was Westbury’s frequency until recently”. The way that is worded makes it looks like Westbury’s freq USED to be 453.1000 PL 114.8 but NOW it is something different. Has it been changed??? |

Westbury used to use 453.575 then they changed to 453.100
