151.655 PL 151.4 is used by Babylon schools
154.600 is a common low power frequency so there are many users of that freq but its possible that schools may be using it
you would have to be close to the school to hear anything however
155.295 is a state wide interop frequency for public safety agencies

The only unconfirmed freq/tone that i have out of those is 154.515 PL 156.7
Also West Hemsptead schools recently got a new license with Nexedge frequencies so they may have switched [link]

Kenwood makes a wide variety of radios so its hard to say
But Nexedge is a popular digital mode particularly with Kenwood radios so it is likely they went digital
If you are near the schools maybe try the 154.515 and 160.050 also if you have a scanner with close call that will help
I will check the digital freqs to see if i get anything on there...

Well the repeater output freqs seem to be 452.73125 and 461.85625 but i havent got anything on those yet
so they may either not be using them yet or i was just listening at the wrong times
