For the last week or so when New Hyde Park is alerted for a call, Firecom instructs the units to use "Nassau County Fireground Tac 1 frequency". Does anyone know what frequency number this is? Thanks.

There was a thread pertaining to county fireground that started in 2016. Its 3 pages now and some info of interest might be in there for you. I am in Suffolk and do not do much with Nass fd's.

Sounds like that could be the new CW fireground 460.350 PL136.5
If not that - they could be referring to a talk group on the EDACS system
12-012 Tac 1
12-013 Tac 2
12-014 Tac 3
12-015 Tac 4

Is the EDACS system still in use? I was just in Wantagh and was monitoring 851.3375 that used to be EDACS but is now p25 for Nassau

Whatever frequencies you reported being active on the P25 system were removed from the EDACS system in the RRDB. So I assume that the EDACS system is still running on the remaining frequencies. Have you checked those?

I did not even think to check while I was there. Realized edacs when I saw darkstars post mentioning talk groups on edacs. Tomorrow is another day.

Have unitrunker running. Cleared all channel hits. Deleted 851.3375 from edacs. From the remaining 4 that are being used in the P25, there have been 34 hits in 20 minutes on 851.6250. The p25 data file lists Channel 0-99: 851.625 SCC

The other 3 have had zero hits.
