| So, I've been hearing a bunch of chatter on 155.700 and 458.725 recently in the Bethpage area. I tried looking it up and I couldn't find anything. From what it sounds like, it belongs to a warehouse, not sure which company. Is this a new frequency?

Not sure about 155.70 - but on the other one you may be hearing 451.725 which belongs to AMC in Bethpage [link]
This can happen when either the users radios are out of adjustment or scanners/radios may pick up a "false frequency" especially when nearby the transmitter
I have gotten activity on 451.725 with 71.9 PL at times but could not confirm anything

Wouldn't he want to be looking at 453.725? That would be the lower side of the pair 453/458.
These are the only local ones I have for 453.725
