I have been picking up these constant bursts/ noises on 477.5875 which sound very similar to this [link] Which according to the Signal ID wiki is a "LTR Passport Control Channel" 477.5875 is licensed to Westchester county [link] but they also apparently have repeater sites for this freq in NYC, NJ and Plainview [link] Any further info on this?
