Atlantic Beach Rescue is now being dispatched by Long Beach FD. Not sure what freq they will be using. Also i have saw some chatter about a Nassau County West freq? Not really sure if this for fireground freq or a dispatch freq or both?

Also i heard Elmont is going to a 700mhz freq? I know they were doing some tests last year but i heard it is moving along.

Long Beach only has one dispatcher on per shift. They currently dispatch for LB, ABR, and 3rd Batt. West

Nah not bad at all . One dispatcher does it all on 3 frequencies only. Like playing a piano. The more the better.

I heard a rumor that AB Rescue was being absorbed by LCFD Rescue.

Lawrence Cedarhurst Rescue has the medic go to all sig 9's in West Atlantic Beach Fire District. Does 230 still alert the radios for a notification of a fire call for the West Atlantic Beach commissioners? I use to hear it on 154.115.
