Have ALL the Nassau municipalities that had conventional frequencies migrated over to the Nassau County P25 system? The reason I ask is because on RR there is a note that reads as follows:

"Village Police Departments are in the process of moving to this system.
The plan is to have all Villages on the NCPD system and have encryption enabled.
The Village Departments will sometimes operate on their old frequency or talk group. Not all Villages have migrated over to this system."

I assume the bold text above is outdated but I just want to be sure.
