@thehawk I am Islip terrace near Carlton and Sunrise. Not very strong from what I saw.

@darkstar. I saw that Reuters was granted recently. I added a bunch of new grants to fmp24 scan list and let in run 24/7 and review the event log every now and again. That's the only freq that had activity.

Oh ok. Yea I’m limited to 45 watts transmit power and 20watt erp per the license. Being that the antenna is on the 9th floor roof and an Omni directional with 2.5db gain the signal goes a decent ways away.

Close called DMR on 154.100 around Old country road in Westbury
Not sure what that was but at home i can get 154.100 CC 3 TG 1 SL 1 - still not sure what im hearing but seems to be a base calling units and vice versa

Couldnt find anything on LI licensed for DMR on that freq but whats also interesting is that both the base and mobiles seem to have the same exact radio ID...

154.100 is Nassau Community college - Close call in Westbury could be reasonable. I am unaware if they went to DMR.

Getting DMR on 453.300 CC 9 TG 690 SL 1

Ok signal - Not sure where this is coming from and the only thing i found even remotely close licensed for digital is Princeton NJ KED993 [link]
And i believe the emission 8K10F1E is specific to P25

I think you're hearing Wantagh FD maintenance channel. I know that they are using DMR and believe CC is 9.

The 690 TG is a nice touch.

Right outside the Coliseum - i got very brief but strong DMR bursts on
461.05
463.4375 and
464.8625

Seeming to be cap+ rest channels
Did not seem to have any voice traffic at the time ...

Confirmed that the Coliseum is using a DMR system
Shows up in DSD as "XPT"

461.050 CC 7
463.4375 CC 5
464.8625 CC 6

Normally I don't add stuff based on forum posts, but I'm bored so here it is.

Lol

At anyone scanning the coliseum, I read the coliseum will be doing vaccines. You may also pick up other systems and or comms because of this.

Took about 2 years but at least i finally confirmed it
They probably have been using the system since at least then or whenever they rebuilt the barn
Its a rather low power system - you may be able to pick it up around Uniondale thats about it
I had analog 464.8625 PL 136.5 down as being used by the Coliseum i guess from a while ago

I also got DMR on 456.4875 in the area which is licensed as well
Maybe a simplex talk around channel or just a repeater input

Anyone getting any DMR hits on 800mhz?
Getting some DMR on 861.0625 havent had the chance to grab the CC or anything yet
DMR is rather uncommon on 800mhz in the area so i think i may have narrowed it down to a repeater out of Plainview

I am going to try the freq out here. Bayshore is listed as a control point.
