I would expect to filter most of the NYPD Comms down to CITYWIDE 3, as well as a few other frequencies.

The Amateur Radio frequencies may cover most of the runner information from the race.  It is their job to give runner updates, call for medical, announce runner drop-outs, and other important communications for the race.

Again - this is a primary list, and may be quickly filtered down to just the busiest frequencies.

WNBC in NY will be covering the race at 9am.  This might lock-up their "Media" frequency in the live feed.   If this is the case, it will be locked out.

The Official NYC Marathon has the start times.   They will be starting the race in waves.  Here is the schedule posted on the official site: [link]

Time Start Race Numbers
8:20 a.m. Wheelchair Division 300-399
8:45 a.m. Handcycle Category, Athletes with Disabilities 400-499
9:10 a.m. Professional Women 100-199
9:15 a.m. FootLocker 5-Borough Challenge n/a
9:40 a.m. Wave Start 1
Blue Start - Professional Men 1-99
  Blue Start - General 1000-1199; 4000-4799; 7000-11999
  Orange Start - Sub-elite Men & Women 200-299; 2000-2299; 5000-5699; 12000-16999
  Green Start - Local Competitive Men & Women 500-999; 3000-3399; 6000-6599; 17000-21999
10:00 a.m. Wave Start 2
  Blue Start 22000-28999
  Orange Start 29000-35999
  Green Start 36000-42999
10:20 a.m. Wave Start 3
  Blue Start 43000-49999
  Orange Start 50000-56999
  Green Start 57000-63999

I am looking for any feedback on this live stream.  This way it can be even better for next year.

73 and enjoy the race.
