| It also looks like Nassau County asked for an extension date of 4/30/09, and they just moved last month... so we can see how 'firm' these dates actually are (NY Area was WAVE 1, which was supposed to have been completed already) |

| Sometime during the first quarter of 2010 is accurate for re-banding. Also, say goodbye to the VHF SCPD Command Band simulcast around Dec 31. |
