Well its Coming to that Time Again for the LIMARC Outdoor Hamfest--PLEASE NOTE the BOTTOM of this POST for PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
LOCATION--Briarcliffe College--1055 Stewart Ave--Bethpage N.Y..11715
DATE--June 5th,2016
TIME--9:00 am Doors Open to the Public---Vendors @ 7:30 am for Set-Up
GENERAL ADMISSION--6.00 Dollars--Children Under 11 & Non Ham Sweethearts FREE When Accompanied by a Paying Adult
There Will be Amateur Radio Equipment & Dealers / A Tune-Up Clinic / Assorted T.V-Computer-C.B and Other Assorted Equipment / ARRl Information / DXCC & WAS Card Checking / LIMARC Club Information
FOOD & REFRESHMENTS will be @ Location
DOOR PRIZES will Be Offered VIA Raffels & Entrance Ticket
For VENDORS--All Spaces are 10.00 Dollars or 3 Spaces for 25.00 Dollars--Set Up Time is 7:30 am
NO PRE Registration in Needed--Bring Your Own Tables / Chairs / Umbrella,s
Vendors Must Comply with N.Y.State Sales Tax Laws as Applicable
The SALE of GUNS / AMMUNITION / PORNOGRAPHIC Material is STRICKLY PROHIBITED
Sellers Must Pack Up Their Own Garbage @ Closing Time

There have been Some Changes to the Briarcliffe Buyer Parking Area. The Parking Lot has been Moved to the North Side of the Building (where last year’s hamfest was held). A New Entrance has been Built to the North of the School which Should be used for Vendors and Buyers Coming from the North on Stewart Ave. Buyers will Make Two Left Turns and Park in the area Next to the Building. Vendors will make the Left Turn and then a Right turn into the Partitioned Vendor Area. Due to the Narrow Entrance and Exit and Safety of the Buyers, Vendors are Requested to Remain in the Selling Area to about 11:45 AM
Buyers and Vendors Arriving from the South on Stewart Ave., Should make the Left turn at the Traffic Light (as usual), then a Right Turn to the End of the Building. Vendors will Turn Left to the Enclosed Area, while Buyers will Turn Right into the Parking Area North of the Building. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY BUYER PARKING IN THE AREA BEHIND THE BUILDING, AS THAT AREA BELONGS TO THE CHURCH.
