NYS Chatter?

Wondering if anyone is hearing anything on any of the NYS OEM freqs or any chatter on NYS Thruway authority freqs here on Long Island.Still seeing what appear to be NYS Thruway Authority dump trucks following NYS DOT trucks with storm clean ups.

As far as OEM im not sure but there has been a bit of activity on the DOT lowband freqs
Try 47.22 47.32 47.34 and 47.40 - better off with no tone or search
Those are all licensed for state wide use [link]
