USMS trunked system sites

There are 2 sites whose whereabouts are unknown. I would be surprised if it is, but I do not believe site 102 is in Nassau at all.
I drove LIE from Queens to Suffolk and saw zero signal. I have been to some various Eastern parts of Nassau and saw zero signal.
Site 129 shows site 117 (Fairfield CT) as a neighbor site.
If anyone who is reading this could program these freqs in and report any findings, it would be appreciated. Note that both sites list 171.6125 as a control channel.
