461.200 cap+ repeater

Heading out to run some errands so I have not spent too much time on this but found a cap+ repeater (ch1 & 2) on 461.2000 CC 1.

Only seeing Enc Xti calls on tg's 60 & 61 with rid's 1, 110, 115 and 506 so far.

I found 2 other freqs licensed to them under a different call sign but did not see any activity.

Is that a single frequency cap+ repeater?
