Suffolk County PA-3 ?

I was not able to get a picture of this but I just passed a black SUV with a license plate that said PA-3 that had lights on the roof, Suffolk
County written down the side in red lettering and a universal fire decal on the driver's door. Anybody know what county agency PA-3 belongs to

Physician Assistant vehicle from the SC Medical Examiner's Office. You should know the talk group they operate on.

That is definitely the vehicle I saw though I really thought it was black.
