what base antenna do you recommend

Looking to purchase a new base antenna for my scanner since my old discone antenna I bought
many years ago has been wethered and ready to be retired.

I have a digital scanner bc796d & bct-8 I take to work sometimes.
What base antenna due you use that out does some or all of the others?

I have new coax cable ready to go on my 30 ft mast.

I recommend the Diamond Discone D-130J as a first choice or the ScanTenna.
