Been hearing a lot unfolding on 46-32 in the past few minutes - sounds like a working fire in Uniondale i think? Heard calls for Uniondale standby Several depts involved Westbury, Merrick, East Meadow, Hempstead...

It was a large brush fire in the Hempstead Plains east of the Marriott.

^ Ah ok i do recall hearing mentions of the Marriot/Charles Linberg Blvd area Sounded pretty involved Signal 13 @ 17:30 Over 4 hrs operation
