891xxxx RIDs

and TG 20101 is clear - sounds like it could be a park
comms about basketball courts and whatnot
RIDs are 84xxxx

20101 is giving out addresses. Hemlock Partridge, etc. Saying no landscaping allowed on Saturdays. I believe those streets are in the East Hills development. East Hills Security had a tg on edacs.

It was in Northwood estates I believe but all the street names and type of activity jived.

These patches are most likely going to keep changing for a while until fully established. That's what's been going on between Suffolk and East Hampton.

You getting anything on tg 5039 on nass 800 site? Been seeing some activity and not had time to review recordings. I am getting 100 percent decodes on that site.

We've recently implemented a new policy on RR that allows for permanent patch talkgroups to be added to their own separate category in each trunked system. Phil has added the Suffolk County Sheriff TG 20053 patch of TG 53 to the Patch Talkgroups category, so take a look at that as an example.

As Phil states in the category notes:

These are full time patch talk groups setup either between layers on this system, Nassau County's P25, or East Hampton's P25 Trunk systems.

Temporary Talk Groups will not be included on this list.

So feel free to submit these patched talkgroups only if there is a solid history of them being on the air and not changing, and they are confirmed as permanent (to date, at least).

Here is the link to the dbadmin handbook with the policy laid out:

The patches on Suffolk system, 53 20053 etc seem permanent and have not changed. Its on the other systems where I have seen Suffolk's patches changed. Suffolk command patch on site 4 Suffolk is and has always been 23803 and at the time, SCPD Command was coming over on East Hamptons system tg 65334. But I have also logged and heard 65010 as SCPD Command on East Hamptons system.

East Hampton VPD is patching to Suffolk's site 3 and has shown up as 65394 and 65514. There was one other but I don't recall it. .

Seems that where the patches are created, the tg's don't change, but they change on the systems that their being patched to.

As Nawton noted last week, referring to SCPD Command patching to Nassau site 4, [link]

"Yes, I've been hearing Suffolk PD command band on the following TGs for the last week or so. They seem to be on a different one every day.
65034
65158
65208
65258
65312"

I have ut logging site 3&4 Suffolk, site 4 Nassau and 97F when I get decent signal and Sdrtrunk recording a bunch of stuff.

Tg's 5032 and 5023 were doing agency check-ins this morning. One sounded like hospitals and the other was like rehab and nursing homes.
