I would start with:
All the NYPD Citywide Freqs. At least ONE of them will be used
470.6875,NY PD Citywide 1
470.7125,NYPD Citywide 2
470.8625,NYP D Citywide 3
470.8875,NYPD Citywide 4
The EMS CW Freq:
478.0125,EMS CW
Put in Some MEDIA Frequencies. WABC will be broadcasting LIVE from the event.

| I would also try the New York CIty Department of Sanitation's frequencies since they could be active around midnight.

When you say delete the above, are they no longer in use, or are you suggesting that they won't be anything on there for tonight's activities? It was not my intention to listen or give those out as suggestions for tonight's ball drop. From my listening position, the few that I gave out in my previous post are what I've cut my NYC event list down to.
The above post by IPFD was a list I put together that I have since filtered down quiet a bit.

The Tags on these frequencies are trunkated a bit so they fit on MP3 Players when I stream the audio to the web. I will make them a bit more clear on the text tags.
All these freqs for NYPD came from N2NOV's site at one point or another. I have not checked recently to see if anything has changed.
